I'll take a 2nd gen LED(Sam)/or laser(mits) no-color-wheel light engine, and a non-wobulated 1080p DLP chip, with at least 3 HDMI inputs, 3 component, tuner with cablecard 2.0, and using the "Let it Wave" method for all upconversion(introducing insignificant delay). DVR in the software of the set, hard drives are user added via firewire and are not included to keep costs down and sky as the limit. 3 tuners at least, LG chipset for superior OTA reception. Form factor of the RCA DLPs in that thin enough to mount on wall.
Dreaming I know, I would warn anyone in the market to not read avsforum. You will wait forever...just go to the store and look at what looks good to you. Then search avsforum for that model, if no one is making to big a stink about it (and there are a bunch of whiners) go buy it.
